HP on Tuesday announced the Compaq 515 and 610 budget business laptops for mobile professionals, further blurring the lines between the “netbook” segment and the full-featured “notebook” segment. The Compaq 515 is 14.1-inch laptop with an AMD Athlon X2 or Turion X2 CPU, ATI Radeon HD 3200 integrated graphics, up to 3GB of DDR2 RAM and an up to 250GB of HDD storage.
